VIN : JUAN CARLOS SANCHA AD LIBITUM TEMPRANILLO BLANCO 2015 |
The 2015 Ad Libitum Tempranillo Blanco, one of the few produced with white Tempranillo grapes from 16-year-old vines (some of the oldest), showed nicely with plenty of notes of Mediterranean herbs, white fruit and the advantage of showing the purity of fruit without being masked by oak. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and was bottled in January 2016. The palate shows a good combination of power and elegance, it’s quite clean and has good freshness. One of these years I should do a vertical of this wine… 8,657 bottles produced. The Wine Advocate. 90/100
