I saw a big improvement in integration of the oak in the 2016 Ad Libitum Maturana Blanca, the most promising of the « new » white varieties. 2016 was a cooler year, a rare vintage with high quantity and quality. What I like about this wine is its freshness and that almost salty, tasty sensation. It fermented in 500-liter oak barrels, where it matured with the lees for four months. 2,660 bottles were filled in January 2017. Robert Parker. The Wine Spectator. 92/100/
